Information About Cilantro herb:
Common Uses: Cilantro is used as an anti-inflammatory antispasmodic, anti-bacterial, soothing agent, digestive, mouthwash and stimulant. It also eases rheumatism and joint pain, combats diarrhea and intestinal poisoning, and eases toothaches. May help to detoxify heavy metals.
Suggested Uses: 40 to 60 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.

Herbal Anecdote: Coriander was a common ingredient in Greek medicine and its properties were recognized by Hippocrates. The young flat leaves have the Spanish name Cilantro, the fruits (or seeds) are sold as coriander and the rest of the leaves are known as Chinese parsley. Good source of vitamin C.
