Common Uses: Cinnamon bark can be used to increase the appetite while relieving gas, nausea, vomiting, indigestion and diarrhea. It has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties and is a circulatory stimulant. It is used topically to relieve minor aches and pain.
Suggested Uses: 30 to 50 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.
Traditional Uses: Antispasmodic, antimicrobial, cold and flu remedy, astringent, menstrual cramps.
