Information About Gravel root:
Common Uses: As a diuretic and urinary tract disinfectant, Gravel root is used in the treatment of kidney and bladder stones, prostatitis, cystitis, urethritis and gout.
Suggested Uses: 30 to 50 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.
Traditional Uses:
Herbal Anecdote: Leaves are vanilla-scented when crushed; flowers rosy-purple. Indians and pioneers used it to induce sweating to break fevers.
