Information About Jujube fruit:
Common Uses: Jujube fruit has a very high vitamin C content. It is used in Chinese medicine to enrich the blood, increase digestion and appetite, increase energy, and to treat anemia, diarrhea, restlessness and insomnia.
Suggested Uses: 30 to 50 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.
