Information About Mugwort herb:

Common Uses: Mugwort is a bitter stomach tonic and a mild uterine stimulant. It is used to treat roundworm and threadworm infestations, nausea, vomiting and indigestion.

Suggested Uses: 30 to 50 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.

Traditional Uses: Parasites, colic, diarrhea, constipation, intestinal cramps, laxative, tonic for strength and energy.

Herbal Anecdote: Mugwort is said to have derived its name from having been used to flavor drinks. It was used for flavoring beer before the introduction of hops. Or possibly the name is derived from moughte (a moth or maggot), because the plant has been regarded as useful in warding off moth infestations.
