Information About Osha root:
Common Uses: Osha is used as an antiviral for colds, respiratory flu, stomach flu, herpes, or any viral condition. It is also a stimulating expectorant for chronic bronchial conditions. It repairs damaged lung tissue, increases lung capacity, and is an anodyne for toothache, mouth sores, sore throat.
Suggested Uses: 30 to 50 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.
Traditional Uses: Used traditionally in Hispanic cultures for the treatment of viral infections, sore throats, toothache, bronchial inflammation, and as a stomach bitter for indigestion. Topically it has been used as an antibacterial for cuts, abrasions and skin infections.
