Common Uses: Some of the adjectives used to describe Rosemary are anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and circulatory stimulant. It is used as aromatherapy for depression and headache. The tincture or tea is used externally as a hair revitalizer.
Suggested Uses: 30 to 50 drops in water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by your health practitioner.
